Greco di Tufo

GRECO DI TUFO DOCG

A unique wine, well-known all over the world, the Greco di Tufo has an acid-fresh taste and a particular fragrance with the smell of peach, bitter almond, broom and citrus fruits. This old wine can be perfectly matched with shellfish, and prestigious fish dishes, to be consumed during the socalled "aperitivo" (a small taste of different bits before having lunch or dinner).

Fiano di Avellino

FIANO DI AVELLINO DOCG

It is one of the best wines of the Italian oenology. Its aromatic and well-defined features are unmistakable: it is golden in colour, a smart peached-blossom bouquet, dry, harmonic, with a toasted-hazelnut flavour and aftertaste. It matches wonderfully with fish dishes and veggy pies.

    Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for about 4-5 weeks

    14 months in stainless steel tanks and 18 months in french oak barrels

    Serve with pasta sauces, red or white meats, roasts, cheeses, game.
  • Organolectic test
    Bright ruby red with garnet profuni of cherry nutmeg, vanilla and more. Full flavoured and balanced with soft tannins and aromatic persistence.

The Taurasi wine contains “resveratrol”, which is a very powerful antitumor element.

Fight the Helicobacter

The last research about red wine affirm that every wines laboratory-tested fight the “Helicobacter” that cause ulcer and in particular Taurasi wine contains antioxidant properties.

A recent study demonstrate also that a daily glass of red wine cut 40% risk of a prostate tumor. It reduce also the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Beneventano Falanghina

BENEVENTANO FALANGHINA IGT

The Beneventano Falangina is thought to be a component of the Falerno, a prestigious wine from the region Campania, which was well-appreciated by the Romans. It is golden in colour, fresh and fruity, a perfect combination with light veggy plates, fish dishes and eggs.

IRPINIA AGLIANICO RUSIOS DOC

An old-refined, intense red-coloured wine, the Irpina Aglianico has a persistent fragrance of grapes, whose taste is “tannique” at the beginning of the process, to become velvety at the end of the refinement. It perfectly matches with pasta, roast beef, and grilled meat. It can also be combined with matured, slightly spicy cheese, such as the Alta Irpinia "Caciocavallo".
